Meet little b


So, who is little b? My name is Brittany and I am your average 20-something, working like crazy at a start up company, planning my wedding, spending time with family & friends, and trying to figure out how to make it all work. The purpose of my blog is simple; I want a place to be able to look back and see how I got to wherever it is I'm going. A place that shows what I've learned, experienced, and how I've adapted to the everyday craziness of being a 'grown up' all while living a healthy, happy life.  Most importantly, I want to be able to help other "normal" people by giving them the tools they need to live a healthy, fit life. You will find recipes, health tips, workouts, and basically become a part of my life as I live it :)




Five Facts about Brittany



  1. I am gluten and lactose intolerant, so you will probably notice most of my recipes reflect this. I do eat greek yogurt & Ezekiel bread (neither seem to bother my stomach) and also Lactaid Cottage Cheese. 
  2. I am lost without my planner. You should see it! There are colors and post-its and tabs and stickers everywhere. I find if I don't write things down, I forget them. Always.
  3. I am the oldest of 3 girls and try my very best to be a good role model for my sisters. This puts a lot of pressure on me, but it also keeps me focused and grounded.
  4. I am a creature of habit and truthfully don't step out of my comfort zone as much as I would like to. I wrote about a weeks worth of blog posts before I actually posted the link for anyone to read... I guess you can say I'm easily affected by what others think, even though I wish I wasn't.
  5. I can burp really loud, Just ask Bryan! :)
