Staying Healthy During the Holidays

  1. I know that I'm much less likely to whip up a batch of cookie dough if theres a green apple in the fridge that I can have instead!

  2. I actually just started using that same spirulina. Love it!

  3. Can you do a post on the vitamins and supplements you take (daily or otherwise)? Would love to know!

  4. Haven't tried spirulina yet, I'll look into it for sure. My daily supplements include a multi, 1000mg extra vitamin c, 5000iu of vitamin d and olive leaf extract. When my kids or coworkers get sick, I up my C, D and Olive Leaf and add on a teaspoon or too of liquid Silver.
