What I Ate Wednesday

YOU GUYS. 
I am so sore. 
Holy moly. 
B and I did deadlifts for the first time in a long time yesterday and I guess I forgot that dead lifts are one of those things that you kind of have to ease yourself back in to. I ended up doing 4 sets of 10 at 105 lbs and I don't think my back has ever been this sore! Anyway, here are the foods I recovered with yesterday...









What do you do to help extreeeeme soreness?

  1. After deadlifts? Stretch and ROLL! Rolling is painful, but saves my life when I do it after heavy leg days. Plus Epsom salt baths :)

    Foam rolling, Ice and a nice Epsom salt bath. Oh yeah and my main man Ben ;0). Wish he smelled better LOL!

  7. my quads are so sore right now. best thing is to walk! i actually hate when my back gets sore (well..love/hate). foam roll and stretch! feel better :)

  8. Hey, how many ounces (cups ) of chicken/meat/fish do you have in each meal? This stumps me. I don't have a weight scale, but can measure in cups. Thanks!
