How are you doing with #Cleaneatsnocheats!? Here's my little update! Also, I'm often asked how I resist temptation and stay on track with clean eating-- so in this video I share my little trick!

PS- Sorry this is so dark!! I didn't realize how much of a glare there was until I was done. Boo.

  1. Hey Little B, thanks for the info. I have to say I already do that, the real struggle for me is when I'm out and about, whether its Target or Barnes and Noble or anywhere in between It seems that crap is everywhere now, and its quite difficult some days as I'm walking by or checking out at the cashier, to say no. That's where my struggle with temptation is. I try to remind myself that its really crap that will hurt me, it doesn't help me. Some days though.....lol Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for all your time and energy you devote in helping others! :)

  3. Sounds like a great idea...BUT, what about when your husband doesn't follow the same menu plan or have the same concerns about weight?

  4. Thanks for sharing, great tips. I had to laugh about your recipe issue, I have done something like that before and been so mad. My husband was like its not thay big of a deal but you are so right, when you are working so hardto be precise and on point with your macros and get derailed due to an accident, it is so annoying!!! Way to turn it in a to a positive though...muscle gained :))

  5. Hi Little B! You are so lucky that you finance doesn`t keep junk in the house - that is my problem, I don`t buy it but my boyfriend does! LOL I hope you don't mind me asking but why are you keeping your calories so low if you`re already at 100 pounds? Wouldn't maintenance calories be ok if you're at a good weight for your height? I only ask because I only have a few pounds to lose and once I get there, I'd like to be able to eat for maintenance but am scared I've been at a deficit for so long I won't be able to :( I would really appreciate your input! TY! :)

  6. I'm kind of with the other ones. I don't buy anything bad, but my problem is when we go home, or get together with our friends. My mother in law is always making chocolate chip cookies, and when our friends get together at each other's homes, there are always munchies. Those are the times I have the hardest time saying no. Any suggestions for those times?

  7. Thanks for reminding me of this This REALLY has been one of my biggest issues the past few weeks/months/year! Argh! I think hearing you say it, just kind of put it in TRUE perspective. The junky foods are definitely what my body is wanting when I get hungry. And you're right, it's because it's easy. I'm ditching it all tonight!!!

As for husband/boyfriends/kids bringing it in. I am going tell mine not to and the reason why, so hopefully he will respect me enough NOT to bring it in the house. Same for my kiddos... they really don't need to be eating junky chips/etc anyway!

    Anyway, thanks for the vlog!!!!

  8. My fiance is tall, super lean and has a very physical job meaning he can and needs to eat a lot of high cal foods. He isn't a health nut like me by any means and loves nothing more than homemade goodies. However, he does want a wife who's healthy and happy with herself. We keep our home treat-free unless there's a special occasion but I buy granola bars, crackers, cookies etc. for him and make him bring them to work with him. He keeps it all in his work locker and then adds it to his lunch bag when he gets there. Some people think it's crazy and that I'm 'anal' but it works for us.

  9. What I'm struggling with temptation wise is to keep the spoon out of the peanut butter jar. :P
