Apple cinnamon muffins topped with tons of greek yogurt, cinnamon, and Truvia.
Post workout I had my usual shake- Dymatize protein powder, pumpkin, cinnamon, oats, almond milk, and spinach. Then for my snack I had greek yogurt and a piece of Ezekiel bread. I think I might actually be getting tired of cottage cheese.... finally!
Lunch was simple; baked chicken breast and sweet potato fries. For the chicken I scrambled up an egg and added a splash of Almond Milk then dipped my chicken in it and placed it in a baking dish. I seasoned with pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and baked for 40 minutes. So simple but way better than just plain chicken.
I planned on making dinner when I got home, but I didn't get home until late and there just wasn't time. So, I picked up a rotissere chicken from the grocery store and made a quick salad for dinner.
I ended the day with casein pudding, as usual!
