Clean Eating Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

I like things simple. If you've made any of my "clean treats" you've probably  noticed that they often contain the same ingredients, things that as a clean eater you probably already have in your pantry and fridge. Every once and a while I'll switch something up to keep it interesting, but if you're like me 1. You go to the grocery store way too often as it is and 2. When you see a recipe you want to try, you want to try it right then and there. Here's another Pinterest inspired recipe that you should have all the ingredients for, and you really don't even need a spoon, I've found my finger works great :)

Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1 scoop protein powder
6 packets Truvia
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
carob chips (optional)

Directions:
1. Place everything in mixer and mix well.
2. Place in fridge for 30 minutes, and get your dipping finger ready!

  2. Yum! This looks delicious, but I hate how I never have most of these ingredients, so I don't really get the chance to make them, though.

  3. This looks soooooo good! Is this 1 or 2 servings? I ask bc 1/4c pb in one sitting sounds like a lot but since it's a treat why not right lol.

    1. Would depend on your macros! I would be so sick if I sat down and ate this whole thing, I've literally just had a spoonful here and there.

  4. Yup, roughly how many servings? Though I'm not sure why I'm asking, as in reality it'll be one for me! :-)

  16. Hi, I'm just. here to give another tip. If u really want to keep ur receipes clean, please try to utilize some other natural sweetners that offer a little bit of nutrition or trace minerals. Date syrup is a good sweetner. Also the protein powder, i know ther is another substitute, will get back to u. Loved ur profile/bio.
