VLOG: James Wilson's Body Earned Program

  2. Brittany is so RIGHT!! I started this program at the same time and LOVE IT!!! I was never one for circuit training either but James's program is awesome! I am loving the challange and my body is responing really well. If you are thinking of doing thte program DO IT!!! You will not regret it.

  5. Thanks you for this vlog. I am in week 12 of the trainer and have heard great things about James's program. I wanted to take a week off before I started it. Thanks for letting me have a glimpse into what it is like. I am excited to have more help with my nutrtition. I to think I need more carbs. Also thank you for all the great recipes, thoughts and vlogs you post. Your blogs has been a big help to me. Thank you for your time!

  7. LIke the tank...and the vlog...i wish those of us that are well endowed could wear tops like that to the gym...without having to wear high tech sports bras (that usually aren't that fashionable)..lol...

  9. Thanks for sharing! I am on week 11 of the Livefit plan. I have been happy with the program but feel I need more tweaking with my nutrition. I am going to purchase Jame's program as soon as I am done. Was the nutrition much of a change for you?

  10. I have been using the egg protein for a few years now and I think it taste great but does not cook well at all. I tried and tried to put it in different recipes and every time it turns out horrible. I even tried some of your recipes with it and still nothing good.

  11. Sounds awesome lady! Makes me a lot more interested in getting the program. Also, egg protein from what I heard makes things more "dense" in the protein baking process, so a lot of people have to increase the liquid to protein powder ratio... hope that helps :-D

  12. Hey Brittany!
    I was super curious about the James Wilson program and if it had a lot of cardio? I was just diagnosed with severe tendonitis in my shins. So unfortunately Im limited on my cardio-doing ability and am definitely looking for a plan to follow that helps me stay in a routine and motivated to keep going despite my shin problems while im out for 4-6 weeks from running!

  13. How do you yourself overcome the issues of circuit training in a crowded gym or when the machines you need are far from each other? Have you had trouble with that while doing the program at all?
