I always get nervous before doing videos, you know, because there are so many people around watching me do it....and by so many people I mean no one because I was home alone. ReplyDeleteCasein is a slow digesting protein, so it's great before bed because it takes about 7 hours to digest so your body is fed all night long.
DeleteThanks for this helpful info! I think you've written before that you take a digestive enzyme...is there any brand that you recommend? I'm on my second type of digestive enzyme and feel like it's more helpful than the first I tried but really doesn't seem to make too much of a difference. I don't take them after every meal; usually only if I'm eating veggies. I've gotten both kinds at a health food store. If you have any recommendations, I'd love to know! Thank you!

DeleteI didn't include a probiotic or digestive enzyme in this because to be honest, I haven't found anything that works really well, for me anyway. I'm going to keep searching though and will definitely post about it if I find something!

Hi I was wondering if the Amino Energy has alot of caffeine in it? I need to find a good pre workout supplement, but I am scared to use one that makes me jittery or makes my heart beat too fast.

Amino energy is bcaa's it just has caffeine in it too
