New Series: Tip for Tuesday!

I'm going to start a new series called Tips for Tuesday where I share small tips or pointers that help me out on a daily basis! [I promise I will work on not saying "um" every two seconds.]

Oh, and yes I just noticed I spill spinach juice when I hold up the muffin tin. I'm such a gem sometimes :)

  1. What a great idea! With adding the spinach, do you count your after workout shake as one of your meals?

    1. I don't really "count" my meals, I focus more on hitting my macros at the end of the day regardless of how many meals I ate. So, with my PWO shake I technically eat 7 meals on workout days.

  5. I have some of those frozen spinach muffins ...ready for my shakes. It is so convenient.

  6. What a GREAT idea!!! thanks for the tip! This would especially be a great idea when the spinach is on its last few days and you can't use it all up before its bad.

  7. I really like this idea of freezing it. I usually use my juicer and then add it to my shakes but I can make bigger batches if I start freezing them.
