I'm personally shooting for 40-40-20, and 1500-1600 calories a day. The past couple days I have been falling a little short of my calorie goal because I'm just not used to eating this much... 1500 calories (of clean food) is a lot of food for me...but I'll get there! To help up my carbs and protein I tried Jamie Easons recipe for Lemon Protein Bars tonight, and they came out awesome!

The only things I switched up were Truvia instead of Splenda, and regular no sugar added applesauce instead of baby applesauce-- nothing against baby food its just what I had in the house. Tomorrow is leg day and after how sore I was last week, I'm dreading it!
