So what's next? I've decided the way to see the results I'm looking for, there are a few things I need to incorporate into my life. First, I need to start eating clean. This basically means eating whole, natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates. (Eatingcleanworks.com) Next, I am going to start working out with a purpose. Instead of doing a bunch of cardio and working out each muscle a tiny bit each day, I'm developing a workout plan and sticking to it. I've learned that there are a ton of resources out there, some of my favorite are bodybuilding.com, jamieeason.com, oxygen.com, womenshealthmag.com, and simplyshredded.com. Combining everything I have learned from these websites I have come up with a workout routine to start with, and I'll evaluate my results and make changes as necessary. My third goal is to continue to educate myself on health and fitness in general- since there is SO much to be learned. I think that having a clean and healthy lifestyle will not only effect my body, but my mind and overall outlook on life in general!
