grilled avocados (amazing) and salad with an apple cider vinegar dressing.
To make the grilled avocado just rub some olive oil on each half with your finger. Then we used onion powder and cayenne pepper for seasoning. Place the avocados face down on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes or until you start seeing the grill lines. Add a splash of Tapatio and they are SO good! These meal was on the high end for fat, so I only had half a steak, and half an avocado, and saved the rest for lunch today. Speaking of... it's time to eat :)
