I know a lot of people (including myself) sometimes have a hard time being motivated to go to the gym, or even eat healthy. I wanted to share a few photos that may help!
Sometimes all you need is a little visual to get you off the couch and into the gym! Another thing that has really helped me is putting my body on a schedule. It is important to do this with both your eating habits and workout habits. Your body loves routine, and will respond well to it- so try to eat every 3 hours, and go to the gym at the same time everyday, if possible. Not only will it help your body respond better to eating right and working out, but it makes it a lot easier on you. I have always been the extreme opposite of an early riser. I didn't have a single college class that started before noon just because I knew I wouldn't make it! Once I started life in the corporate world, I was forced to adjust and I'm so thankful I have. Now, I LOVE getting up before work to hit the gym- it is the perfect way to start my day. It's easy to plan my meals around when I go to the gym, which ensures I am always eating the right foods at the right times. I honestly think everything really starts falling into place once you put yourself on a schedule, so whether your an early riser or a night owl, give a routine a try!
